We provide manpower recruitment, overseas and domestic placements, document attestation, skill development & training, and consultancy services. Our role is to connect candidates with employers and provide associated support services in compliance with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India regulations.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates using our services agree to:

Provide accurate and complete personal, educational, and professional details.
Submit genuine documents for verification (any falsification may lead to termination of services).
Comply with the rules, regulations, and employment terms of the employer.
Pay any applicable service charges (if applicable and as agreed).

4. Employer/Client Responsibilities

Employers/clients using our services agree to:

Provide valid and legitimate job requirements.
Abide by employment laws, labor contracts, and MEA regulations.
Treat employees fairly and provide facilities as mentioned in job contracts.
Maintain transparency in agreements made with our company.

5. Service Fees & Payments

All service charges, consultancy fees, or processing costs will be communicated in advance.
Payments must be made as per the agreed timeline and method.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company is legally obligated.

6. Document Attestation & Processing

We facilitate document attestation, visa assistance, and verification services. However:

We do not guarantee approval of documents or visas, as the final decision rests with government authorities.
Any delay caused by embassies, consulates, or external agencies is beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

We act only as an intermediary between employers and candidates.
We are not responsible for disputes, misconduct, or contractual breaches between the two parties.
We shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from third-party actions or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, government restrictions, natural calamities).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, and designs—is the property of Motivfly Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. and cannot be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of personal and professional data shared with us. Both candidates and employers agree not to misuse or disclose sensitive information obtained through our services.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

False information or fraudulent documents are provided.
Payments are not made as per agreement.
There is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
